Billing questions
Can I cancel anytime?▾
Yes. Manage your subscription from the Account page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you keep Pro until then. No emails, no phone calls.
What happens to my cloud projects if I cancel?▾
Nothing is deleted. Your saved projects stay in your account and you can still open and export them — you just can't save new cloud projects until you're on Pro again.
Do unused generations roll over?▾
On the free tier, no — the 5-per-day count resets at midnight UTC whether you used them or not. On Pro there's nothing to roll over: generations are unlimited.
What's the refund policy?▾
If something went wrong — double charge, billing mistake, the tool genuinely didn't work — email support and we'll make it right. Full details on the refund policy page. Read the refund policy →
