Billing questions
Can I cancel anytime?▾
Yes. Manage your subscription from the Account page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you keep Pro until then. No emails, no phone calls.
What happens to my cloud projects if I cancel?▾
Nothing is deleted. Your saved projects stay in your account and you can still open and export them — you just can't save new cloud projects until you're on Pro again.
Do my free generations expire or reset?▾
There's nothing to roll over anymore — your 7 free generations are a total budget, not a daily allowance, so take your time with them. On Pro, generations are unlimited.
What's the refund policy?▾
